I’ll find it hard to put into words how extremely grateful I am to you and all the team at Ballinacurra House.
We were so unsure what to expect with such a small wedding at such a strange time.
From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness.
Not only did we feel safe, while every staff member took precautions, we felt like we were home.
Surrounded by those most precious to us and in the perfect place.
We had the most wonderful food . Will you please express my gratitude to David all his team in the kitchen. I was told brides don’t eat much on the day but I definitely broke that rule.
The lamb was cooked to perfection and I’ve never tasted créme brúlée as nice. Our best man told James he didn’t like sauce over his food and he never had to say it again, James informed him before every dish came out that he could put his sauce separate.
Matt also was a breath of fresh air, he laughed with the boys, was never to invasive as were all the staff, always there when you needed them.
To Andrew, Stuart, Jean and all the others whom I wish I could remember their names as they did all ours, please send them my sincerest gratitude.
To you Mary, your professionalism and kindness that you have shown us since our first meeting, you moved things around and took everything we threw at you. You were always there for us without any hesitation. Thank you so much for making it possible moving our day a week early with just a few days notice. I thank you Mary from the bottom of my heart 💖
To Des, you had me on the first viewing day . A party that I’ll treasure forever it was just magical. I thank you sincerely.
I can honestly say if anything good came out of these strange and severe circumstances it’s that we really do enjoy the simplest of things, everything gets stripped back and your left with beauty the simplicity and what really matters to you most.
An intimate wedding is so magical you couldn’t ask for more x
